Partial and full denture costs
We can provide both partial and full dentures depending on your needs. Partial dentures are used to replace a single tooth or a few teeth that are missing. They are held firmly in place by your remaining natural teeth.
Full (or complete) dentures replace whole upper or lower arches of missing teeth. Our partial dentures cost from £450 and our full dentures cost from £750.

Missing teeth can affect your self-confidence as well as the way you talk and eat. Modern dentures look great, are comfortable to wear and offer a highly effective and functional solution.
At The Terrace we have the technology to create your bespoke dentures in-house, meaning your beautiful new smile will be ready quicker with a more convenient treatment process.

Advanced options
For extra durability we offer chrome cobalt dentures. As well as their superior strength, they are more comfortable to wear than normal dentures as they are made from a much thinner, lighter material.
Flexi dentures are also available to our patients. Their flexibility means that they are less likely to crack or break, making them a great choice for those who have trouble looking after their dentures.
Both of these more advanced options cost from £900. Your dentist will be happy to talk through the options with you and advise on the best solution for your individual case.

For good oral health you should remove and rinse your dentures after eating, brush them at least once a day, and soak them in a solution overnight. It’s also important to handle your dentures carefully.
Modern dentures are made from quality materials, and are colour matched to your natural teeth. The accuracy of our dental impressions will ensure that they fit well and feel comfortable in your mouth.
Sleeping with your dentures in can cause a build-up of bacteria and lead to oral hygiene issues. You should remove and clean your dentures when you go to bed then store them overnight in a dental solution.
Eating hard foods may cause problems with your dentures, as this can subject them to uneven or excessive pressure. Try to avoid food such as carrots, nuts and seeds as well as sticky foods like toffee.
Dentures aren’t for everyone and there are other solutions available. Dental implants and dental bridges are two alternative options that offer superior function, and won’t need to be removed at night or for cleaning.
